  When I called as a new patient after beaking both bones in my arm at the wrist, I was given an emergency appointment the next morning. Two other hand/wrist orthopedic offices told me I'd have to wait as long as 9 days for an appointment! Everyone at CAO was lovely and professional. Dr. Raizman could not be nicer, and is a terrific surgeon. Thank you!

  Overall a great experience. My appointments were quick but all of my questions would get answered. There is constant progress in my healing. Dr. Raizman is patient and kind and will answer any question thoroughly. PT staff is amazing and make the painful healing process easier. Recommended a couple of friends to your office. The physical therapy front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating.

  The staff is courteous, friendly, caring and most of all keep they will keep you updated on the time ( if there’s a delay on the time you have to wait). The new office is beautiful and still convenient to get to. Foremost, I had a tragedy on my last appointment visit and Nicole and Dr. Raizman were wonderful. The waiting room was full but Dr. Raizman moved his schedule around to see me within 5 minutes of my arrival. If you are looking for someone who is willing to listen, understand and truly cares about you, I highly recommend Dr. Raizman. I can’t say enough how thoughtful, caring and his bedside manner is hard to find. I’ve had 3 shoulder surgeries (all from this office, the last 2 with Dr. Raizman) the last one was a complete shoulder replacement. If you are looking for a team/individual that truly cares and wants what’s best for you, I highly recommend the Dr. Raizman and the team at this office.   Dr. Raizman, was very professional, knew exactly what my problems were, saw the pain I was in and give me an option that did not involve surgery which the first doctor had recommended months earlier. That is why I put it off so long, enduring the pain and seeking another option. Both hands are feeling much better and I have full function to both. My office and I both thank you as they were tired of hearing me repeat "ouch" everything I attempted to pick up a piece of paper which is part of my job. Wish I had came to him first :) *NAME*
